STEELFIXING

Our steelfixing teams have years of experiences working on everything from slabs, pits and barrier walls right through to culverts, tunnels, bridges and other large-scale reinforced concrete infrastructure projects.

We work closely with Project Managers to ensure work is carefully planned and meticulously executed in the safest possible manner and strictly according to engineering specifications. We also strive to remain as flexible as possible, offering steel fixing as a stand-alone service or in conjunction with our formwork, and labour hire services as required.

FORMWORK

Our highly skilled Formwork carpenters have experiences from 5 and 10 years working on medium to large-scale commercial and civil infrastructure projects. We are committed to building best team in the industry and maintaining meticulous assessment criteria to ensure each team member has the necessary skills and experience to deliver safe, high quality outcomes for our clients.

Our formwork services include analysing and providing feedback on proposed designs, liaising with manufacturers to specify and purchase required components, planning and scheduling works in consultation with Project Managers and on-site installation. Depending on each project’s requirements, we’re able to offer formwork solutions as a stand-alone service or in conjunction with our steelfixing and other services.

We rely on rigorously maintained quality and safety processes to ensure the standard of work we undertake on-site is second to none. AIRPORT UNDERPASS PROJECT - JOHN HOLLAND

One of the fast pacing deveopment around Airport Sydney by John Holland was building underpass between Wentworth Avenue and Botany Road in Mascot NSW 2020.

It had total of 850 tonnes reinforced steel and mesh. Our 23 steelfixers worked with day and night shifts completed the project in 3 months of time.

Penrith Mulgoa Road Bridge Renewal

One of the heaviest bridge beam ever built in precast yard and then lifted up by heavy largest crane. It is 35 metre long 2 metre wide with 180 tonnes of concrete structure. It has mostly N40 mm bars in the beam and N38 mm bars on the wall and haunch.

Total 120 tonnes of steel structure.

Sydney Metro Project - Barangaroo station tunnel work

Barangaroo Station Tunnel Project is one of our key works in 2019, and it is about 25 metres below ground level, servicing Sydney’s newest business hub. It had a day and nights shifts with 2 crews consisting of 16 steel fixers.

MNG Formwork

MNG Formwork is specialised in civil and residential sectors. Our company takes great care in every detail of our projects, always ensuring our quality and safety of work is to the highest of standards. We like to say "No job is too small".

M7 & M4 Retaining Walls

The retaining wall was a part of Westlink M7 project on corner of Wallgrove road and M4. It has 250 metre long steel reo structure including slab, barier and wall, and its highest point is 2.9 metre and lowest is 600 mm.

Sydney Metro Project - Martin Place staton

One of our challenging project was in Martin Place station by Sydney Metro Project tunnel work. The work was undertaken by day and night shift consisting of 12 steel fixers.

WestConnex M5 - Precast bridge works

WestConnex M5 project had a precast yard in Newcastle for its long contintuing bridge structure. Our 8 steel fixers contributed to the project with total of 560 individuald pre fabric bridge joints.

Mount Piper Power Station - Chemical Bunds

Reo work of chemical bunds for Mount Piper Power Station in Blue Mountains was carried out over a year work from 2018 - 2019. It had total of 650 tonnes of steel structures.

Corowa NSW Civic Centre - Aquatic Pool

Our company worked in remote area of NSW and delivered reo work of Corowa Aquatic centre to Corowa Civic Centre, and it was a part of Gov development job.

Sydney Water Tank - Ring Beam

We delivered ring beam reo work to Sanders in a week via subcontracting with Link Contractors Pty Ltd. It was one of our recent job in Cecil Hills NSW.
